Return Policy

At Dlixanarghexen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returning products purchased from our website at https://dlixanarghexen.ddd.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area (including Norway), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Norwegian Angrerettloven (Cancellation Act, Lov 2014-06-20 nr 27).

1.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

1.2 Extension of Withdrawal Period (Norway/EEA)

In accordance with Angrerettloven § 17 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 10(1): if we have not provided you with the standard withdrawal form before or at the conclusion of the contract, the withdrawal period is extended to 12 months from the day following the expiry of the original 14-day period.

1.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"To Dlixanarghexen, Furnesvegen 92, 2318 Hamar, Norway, helpcenter@dlixanarghexen.world: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name/order number], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer: [your name]. Address of consumer: [your address]. Date: [date]. Signature (only if submitted on paper)."

1.4 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

2. Norwegian Consumer Rights (Forbrukerrettigheter)

For consumers in Norway, the Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchases Act) and Angrerettloven (Cancellation Act) provide additional statutory rights, including warranty for defective goods and the right to complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • The return must be initiated within the applicable return period
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or not as described.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Email us at helpcenter@dlixanarghexen.world with your order number and reason for return to initiate the return process.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For withdrawals under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or not as described.

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning such items so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for:

  • A replacement product to be sent, or
  • A full refund including original and return shipping costs

Please include photos of the defective product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.2 Refund Timeline

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This typically takes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

7.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior arrangement

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at helpcenter@dlixanarghexen.world. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed for shipping.
